Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged during transit
The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
Return Conditions
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Clear images or videos of the product may be required for verification
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, items that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once the return request is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled after dispatch. Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted.
